To request a routine appointment in the next 7 days

- Use SystmOnline to book a routine appointment, our appointments are only open 2 weeks in advance.
- Use the NHS App to book an appointment
- We also offer extended hours on a Monday and Thursday while 7pm for workers, and Friday mornings from 7am

Appointments by phone or video call can often mean that the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you cannot make your appointment let us know as soon as you can so that another patient can book the appointment time. You can cancel or change the appointment.

If you need help when the surgery is Closed
- Use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111. 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
- If it is a life-threatening emergency ring 999.
If you need help with your appointment
Please tell us:
- If there is a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond.
- If you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face or by video call.
- If you need an interpreter.
- If you have any other access or communication needs.
Home Visits
To request a home visit please contact the surgery before 10.30am. Home visits are for those patients who are housebound, frail and cannot get to the surgery.
Please remember that we can see several patients at the practice in the time it takes for one home visit. Patients should have their appointment at the surgery if they can.
Lack of transport is NOT a reason to request a home visit.
Results from Tests
After having blood tests you may need an appointment to discuss the results, so if appropriate please contact the surgery to make an appointment. Reception may be able to advise on your results if the GP has reviewed them and asked them to contact you with the results.
